LakeLife

In this Romatic Fantasy, Judith, a long-retired actress and one of the richest women currently living, has decided to re-enter public life after decades of seclusion on her vast estate with her best friend, Adrian. She begins by building her inner circle, bringing Joshua and Katharine into the fold, and she plans to change the world, too, but what is she really doing?  When she brings disgraced photographer Jack to the estate, things become clear, or do they become more strange?

Setting:

The upper and lower terraces of the private wing of Wilbur House.  If William Randolph Hearst's "Castle" in San Simeon, California, and George Washington Vanderbilt's "Biltmore House" in Asheville, NC, had a baby, it would be Wilbur House.  And it could be in either place or somewhere else that could accommodate a private estate the size of Rhode Island.

The best views of the lake, in the distance and far below, are from the upper terrace, looking out and off, and there must be a fully visible, working stairway leading down to the lake from the terrace.  The entrance to "the House" is also on the upper terrace, and above that is a large balcony off Judith's suite.  She uses it.  A forest of trees surrounds the set, especially the upper terrace; and the lower terrace is just off the gardens, so we enjoy the plants and flowers.  If you can have a set that looks real, do it - if not, make it look like a painting from a fairytale.
